Earlier this week, Kylie Jenner was catching some heat for promoting waist trainers on her Instagram. And now, her big sis Kim Kardashian is getting some criticism for something similar. On Tuesday, Kim took to Instagram to promote a Flat Tummy Co meal replacement shake. Kim and her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian have all been known to post sponsored content for Flat Tummy tuck Co. However, in Kim's latest post, fans seem to be more concerned about how she looks as opposed to the product she's promoting.

However, the comments were mostly flooded with people thinking this was a photo of a wax figure.
Some said she looks "like a robot."
And many fans accused her of getting plastic surgery.
Of course there is no way to know if Kim has received some new plastic surgery centre or if the photo was heavily edited (or both).
