A workshop regarding "Rhinoplasty" as a part of 23rd Annual International Conference of Pakistan Association of Plastic Surgeons 2018 (PAPSCON 2018) was held at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex (SZMC), here, with the aim to teach latest modalities in Rhinoplasty Nasal Deformity surgery.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2018 ):A workshop regarding "Rhinoplasty" as a part of 23rd Annual International Conference of PakistanAssociation of Plastic Surgeons 2018 (PAPSCON 2018) was held at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex (SZMC), here, with the aim to teach latest modalities in Rhinoplasty Nasal Deformity surgery. This Workshop was attended by Renowned Plastic and ENT surgeons from all over the world including Prof. Dr. Farid Ahmad Khan Professor of Plastic Surgery and Chairman & Dean Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex Lahore, Dr. Farooq Shahzad (USA), Prof. Dr. G.S. Blugerman (Argentina), Dr. Shankar Man Rai (Nepal). A large number of senior professors and doctors were present on the occasion. Prof. Dr. Farid Ahmad Khan, Professor of Plastic Surgery gave a lecture on Aesthetic Rhinoplasty, Prof. Dr. Tajammal A. Ch on Step by Step guide to Rhinoplasty, Prof. Dr. G.S. Blugerman on Rhinoplasty under local Anaesthesia, Prof. Dr. Naveed Aslam on Deviated Nasal Septum, Prof. Dr. Maroof Aziz Khan on Septal Perforation, Prof. Dr. Rashid Zia on Extracorporeal Rhinoplasty, Dr. Humayun on Piezoelectric Rhinoplasty, Dr. Farooq Shahzad on Cleft Rhinoplasty and Dr. Mughees Amin gave lecture on Cut Nose Rhinoplasty. Moreover, a panel discussion session was arranged where participants questioned the surgeon's panel about presented patients who were undergone a nose job surgery. A live surgical session was also arranged where surgeons performed nose job surgeries on the patients. Prof. Dr. Farid Ahmad Khan stressed to conduct this type of workshops regularly in order to provide latest and best treatment facilities to the patients suffering from different nasal deformities.
